We are a social service agency that provides a spectrum of behavioral health services to individuals throughout the Twin Cities! We specialize in supporting people that have multiple significant behavioral health concerns (severe and persistent mental illness, chemical dependency, intellectual disabilities, etc.) that other providers may not have the skills and resources to successfully support that person. On the other end of the spectrum, we also offer unit based services, providing creative housing & service models to best support people to remain living successfully in the community.
