Fellows move across America's cultural, political, and geographic fault lines to live, learn, and serve in a local nonprofit to engage community members in decisions that affect their daily lives.This Fellowship Program is an opportunity for job seekers and young community leaders to expand their horizons and practice inclusive problem solving through a full immersion across cultural and ideological differences in the United States.
