The full-time HR Operations intern will have the opportunity to assist with various tasks and 1 or 2 projects throughout the course of this 10 to 12 weeks program. Possible examples include day-to-day coordination tasks such as generating offer letters, handling questionable pre-employment test results, management of the recruitment e-mail, enter all new hires into the Workday system once background and drug testing has cleared, and assisting the HR Operations team with process improvement projects.
