Bailiwick seeks an experienced Project Manager to contribute to our ongoing success and growth. Our Project Managers are responsible for successfully managing the delivery of Bailiwick’s professional services for assigned customers and projects of various dollar values and duration consistent with the Bailiwick brand, culture, business practices and financial expectations. Project Managers typically service multiple Bailiwick customers and are responsible for key milestones and day-to-day interfacing with the customer and vendor partners to assist in ensuring project specific milestones are achieved.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management including working with the senior project manager to develop comprehensive project plans including critical path and associated timelines; ensuring thorough planning for change, issue and risk management; coordinating quality control; ensuring efficient communication across all internal Bailiwick departments; working with Account Executive to maintain and improve customer relations; and value selling.


Overall Project Management including being responsible for financial success of project by managing costs and margins; managing overall project plan and execution; ensuring project deliverables are collected, reviewed and communicated; managing vendor partner activities; ensuring overall customer satisfaction; facilitating project-related internal and external meetings; participating in internal or external kickoff meetings and project closeout meetings; and completing project specific evaluations for project administrators and other contributors.


Qualifications and Experience Required:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience in Project Management related to IT deployment initiatives, remodel/construction, physical layer or other related field
- Broad understanding of technological (LAN/WAN) environments
- Mentoring skills to contribute to the development of project administrators
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite tools
- Ability to offer solutions for process improvements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot and problem solve
- Enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills
- Experience involving low voltage services (physical layer, equipment installation) and high voltage electrical services a plus
- Experience with multi-site rollouts strongly preferred
- Any relevant certifications a definite plus

Bailiwick seeks a qualified Accounts Payable Administrator to contribute to our ongoing success and growth.

High Level Job Description:

The role of the Accounts Payable Administrator is to process all vendor invoices for Bailiwick projects (material, labor and lift) and invoices for company costs. Position will be involved in receiving, data entering, posting and verifying all related invoices and may run reports associated with these activities. This position will also be responsible for researching and resolving any discrepancies, questions or issues that arise in the process. This resolution process may involve interacting with PMO, EMO, procurement, warehouse, vendor management and finance staff.


Overview of Daily Tasks:

- Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information
- Efficiently operate a keyboard and 10-key accurately analyze and enter data
- Sort and review invoices from e-mail or the mail
- Code purchase order buyer to invoices, review invoices for appropriate qualifications prior to entry and enter necessary information into ERP system
- Interface with vendor(s) to resolve discrepancies, verify information, answer questions and provide information regarding payment timing as necessary
- Communication and Interpersonal Relationships: establishing and maintaining interpersonal relations – developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time
- The ideal candidate will be self-driven and independent but enjoy working towards team goals. - This candidate will also have experience working with invoices, data management, tight timelines, and running and analyzing related system reports. We also are looking for a candidate that is detail oriented, has a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and is reliable.


Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Required:

- Highschool Education/GED Required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree/relevant certifications preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ accounting experience
- Business and financial acumen and basic training in accounting principles and invoicing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Customer relations experience, including the ability to communicate effectively interdepartmentally.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Excellent communication and customer skills including the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments
- Prior experience with SharePoint / MAS 500, Alert, other computer software as required

High Level Job Description:

The Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist is responsible for supporting our project teams with invoicing and reporting duties. This individual will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including building import files, reconciling data, generating, and entering invoices, and communicating with a variety of audiences to ensure proper payment. This position is also responsible for meeting weekly and monthly deadlines.

Overview of Daily Tasks:

- Partners with project teams to create imports, generate invoices, and upload data into customer portals.
- Communicates regularly with customer account payable departments to resolve invoicing questions.
- Manages customer invoicing accounts to audit dates and submissions for timely payments; develops reports for project teams to outline outstanding issues and partners to resolve items in a timely manner.
- Assists project teams with reporting updates as necessary
- The ideal candidate is self-driven and independent, yet familiar working toward induvial and team goals. The ideal candidate has experience working with invoices, data management, timeline, and prioritization management, and running and analyzing related system reports. We also are looking for a candidate that is detail oriented, has a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and is reliable.


Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Required:

- Highschool education/GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Business and financial acumen and basic training in accounting principles and invoicing; 1-2 years’ experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, accounts payable or relevant field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Use of Pivot tables and lookup formulas required for daily tasks
- Ability to draft professional communication pieces (e.g emails, Word documents) with a wide variety of audiences
- Customer relations experience, including the ability to communicate effectively interdepartmentally.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Prior experience with Sage / MAS 500, familiarity with ERP systems, and FieldPoint is a plus
