Job Summary

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, the Sales Development Representative is the primary contact for Foodsby’s go to market strategy. In this role you will work alongside like-minded lead hunters filling the sales funnel for our Revenue team.

You will master the art of researching, prospecting, qualifying and personal communication skills. Your success in this role will set you up for an accelerated career in sales as business grows.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be:

+ Work with sales team to generate leads by prospecting companies and enrolling them into our Account Based Marketing programs within assigned focus areas
+ Qualify inbound leads from forms, live chats, ad campaigns, and support inquiries based on specific criteria
+ Setting up and activating SMB office accounts
+ Provide insight and business intelligence to improve effectiveness and performance across all lead channel activities and campaigns
+ Maintain healthy CRM (HubSpot) hygiene, updating data in a timely matter and maintaining all client accounts
+ Ongoing collaboration with sales, success, and key stakeholders on key learnings and market intelligence

+ Number and quality of leads generated
+ Number of new sign ups from SMB accounts
+ Working closely with supervisor and consistently complete projects as directed

What You Should Already Have:

+ Bachelors Degree in similar field preferred
+ Experience utilizing a CRM system
+ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
