In the role of Customer Support Representative, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding customer service that reflects our core values. You’ll be responsible for efficiently resolving customer concerns and managing escalated calls, emphasizing a proactive and authentic approach. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Provide world class customer service in alignment with our core values, while managing a high volume of phone calls, support tickets, chat inquiries and other support related tasks and ad hoc projects.
Delivery Management: Proactively manage deliveries to ensure customers receive quality meals at the scheduled time and address any delivery related issues promptly and effectively.
Refund and coupon processing: process refunds according to Foodsby’s best practices.
Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination to meet customer expectations
Issue resolution: Take ownership of customer issues ensuring a positive resolution.
Leadership: be a team resource with an understanding of product and business knowledge, led by example, and actively share insights with your team.

Qualifications:

0 - 3 year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
Experience with customer service software, HubSpot proficiency preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
Genuine empathy and a positive attitude in customer interactions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and scenarios.
Proven ability to take initiative in issue resolution.

Position Description:

Job Summary

Foodsby is looking for a hardworking, detailed oriented, team first Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. Foodsby's sales team is a close knit, committed group of sales professionals who partner with corporate HR leaders to ensure lunch is something to look forward to every day at work.

The Sales Development Representative is the primary contact for Foodsby's corporate business partners. You'll be an educator and consultant who is focused on corporate acquisition and maintaining strong meaningful relationships with key stakeholders. You'll work closely within our revenue team to grow new business through outbound sale efforts, account-based marketing, and connecting with inbound leads.


What Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Generate outbound and inbound sales efforts (Phone, Email, & Social) with prospective building partners
Build and maintain a sales pipeline from initial outreach to closed deal through our CRM (HubSpot)
Educate prospective and existing partners to help them understand how Foodsby can help meet their business needs
Meet weekly activity and contact metrics within a defined territory

Number of qualified orders generated by sales activity
Number and size of company-sponsored perk deals sold
