Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone who:
•Has an entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build a business of their own
•Is self-motivated with a dynamic, confident personality, strong work ethic, high integrity and a passion for success
•Possesses a desire to help others achieve financial success through planning and protection
•Has an interest in building markets through connections and experiences to cultivate long-term relationships
•Have a four-year college degree or working towards a four-year college degree (A degree in finance or economics is not required)
•Must be a US citizen or permanent resident

Your Role
As a Financial Representative or Financial Advisor with Foster Klima, you will:
•Develop and maintain your own client base who value your input and guidance
•Partner with clients to understand their financial goals, concerns, and current financial situation
•Analyze client’s financial information to help them build a customized plan to reach their goals
•Work with clients on an on-going basis to ensure their financial strategy is current and aligned with their short and long-term goals
