Design – From our iPhone App’s user interface to how we present information online, we practice and expose people to design thinking.
Research & Analysis – We drive our software development by understanding company and customer needs and vet our project decisions with hard data.
Implementation – Once the software is built, your work will come alive for customers.

Our internship provides first-hand management experience in a stimulating and collaborative environment. Throughout the summer, you will:

• Improve our business processes through impactful project work. Then, share your proposals in a capstone presentation to senior leaders.

• Build a foundational understanding of our business’ Goals & Strategies and use this knowledge to make informed decisions in your project work.

• Learn how to structure data, bring it to life with compelling visual design, and communicate complex ideas concisely through professional development sessions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments across all five of our distribution locations.

• Create and deepen relationships with your cohort, managers, peer advisors, mentors, and senior leaders.

Some projects former Interns completed include:

• Investigating customer-impacting credits in our distribution operations and proposing strategies for implementing solutions to reduce our credit rates.

• Learning about our products and the needs of our customers using ChatGPT to organize supplier/distributor data and industrial production trends.

• Evaluating storage capacity models across multiple distribution facilities and identifying discernable patterns in a single facility to provide insightful recommendations for our item storage strategies.

The pay range for this opportunity is $1700-$1900 per week. You will also receive a housing and travel stipend when you join us for the summer.
