Tactile Medical is offering a Talent Acquisition internship opportunity for a student who is seeking to accelerate their professional experience and career trajectory in TA. Join a driven organization that is a compassionate leader in helping people living with chronic illnesses live better lives with at-home therapy devices.

In this 11-week internship program, our TA intern will join other interns to start out in our corporate headquarters campus in Minneapolis, MN for the first three days to learn from leaders across the entire organization. Our leaders will walk through how each of Tactile's collaborative teams identify patients, provide them with care, and ensure their lives are improved. We will provide an exclusively transparent view on how we at Tactile embrace change by proactively innovating our products, processes, and challenge each other.

After the first two days on campus, the TA intern is paired with a mentor on the TA team to dive into their internship focus. You will be given an authentic experience by working through real TA scenarios and contributing to meaningful projects. On the final day, all our interns will return to campus to present their internship accomplishments and celebrate on how they made a direct impact on helping people live a better quality of life.

Responsibilities:
•Manage the recruitment process and candidates for assigned roles in our applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
•Assist the TA team in proactively sourcing for passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
•Assist in database management, configurations, and reporting metrics in iCIMS
•Work independently and collaboratively with the TA team on projects to drive continuous improvement
•Review and edit TA documents like policies, processes, forms, and others
•Research and contribute to improving best practice initiatives for employment branding, DEI, and others

•Work independently and collaboratively with the PRMA team on projects to drive continuous improvement
•Update the Intranet SharePoint page for PRMA
•Create a newsletter for the Sales team to stay up to date on Payer Relations & Market Access strategies, payer policies
•Develop a social media campaign specific to reimbursement challenges that can be shared on Tactile’s LinkedIn page
•Creation of 4 posts that can be incorporated once a quarter
•Develop awareness materials for Administrative Law Judges regarding lymphedema and Tactile’s products
•Create a brochure for engaging with and developing strategic partnerships and payers
•Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop the communications materials
•Manage a market access project or portion of a project through completion during the 11-week internship
•Present project work, experiences, and learnings during final week of internship
