Position Description:
Ziegler CAT has a full-time, Ag Technology Support Specialist. This position will provide technical support to Ziegler’s customers, field service technicians and sales staff regarding current technology product line. The technical support position will allow customers to communicate after the sale with individual’s best suited to handle their technical questions and issues. This position will focus on helping internal and external customers efficiently use their equipment in the field.
Responsibilities:
Represent Ziegler technology products as they are sold to Ziegler’s Agricultural market
Work with Ziegler’s product managers to improve current product offering
Work with Ziegler product support field technicians to improve field repairs and to communicate troubleshooting standards
Coordinate and communicate with technical team to complete component support initiatives, identify warranty issues, facilitate product repairs and address other administrative tasks as required
Prepare equipment for customer sales, at times lifting and moving bulky equipment
Install and troubleshoot technology in the field, at times climb on to equipment in the field to demonstrate the use of technology to customers
Communicate with manufacturers to identify common failure causes and receive information related to product life
Resolve customer problems in a timely manner (via telephone calls, job site visits, office calls, etc.)
Remove and installs GPS equipment as necessary in order to diagnose technical issues and failures
Assist in classroom training with Training Coordinator to support Ziegler University of Position Technology
Perform back-up sales support when product manager is not available
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
2-year technical or 4-year bachelors degree preferred
Exceptional communication skills – ability to effectively present technical information and train new users
Ability to learn heavy equipment operation for the purpose of demonstration and training
Customer service oriented
Knowledge of and experience with the following is preferred: Precision Ag Technology such as Trimble, AgLeader, Raven, and Precision Planting.
Technical understanding of computer networks, systems and software
Travel:
Up to 25% travel is likely (primarily by automobile) for day trips within the dealer territory. Infrequent air travel is required to attend training sessions, GPS equipment trade shows, supplier factory meetings, and as required.

Position Description:
Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Revenue Accounting Coordinator. The Revenue Accounting Coordinator is responsible for accurately processing machine sales and lease transactions along with other activities related to machine inventory activities and the claiming of manufacturer post sale credits.
Responsibilities:
Handle machine sale, lease, and conversion transactions of customer invoicing (debits and credits).
Adding service type items such as warranty costs, Estimates
Manage equipment transaction record postings
Cost and credit estimates
Miscellaneous equipment adjustments as requested
Purchase order adjustments
Review daily reports that flag data errors and follow up as needed
Other as needed
Handle OEM claims processing
Create and monitor claims within the claims database
Post program claim ID’s and estimate amounts to machine sale records
Resolve rejected/denied claims
Verify claim payments match the open estimate and post adjustments as needed
Submit work tool claims using the CAT Work Tools Commercial System and Produce Support Commercial System.
Handle CAT Retail Support Account program deposit verification
Handle Minnesota State 1% admin fee cost posting and check request prep
Manage estimated late charges review and resolution
Year End revenue recognitions processes, using excel and various reports
Capture items that can be recognized as revenue at year end
Capture items that cannot be recognized as Revenue at year end
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) preferred
2+ years related experience (claims, invoicing, etc)
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required; proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications preferred
