Position Description:

Overview: To build up our leaders’ and team members’ performance to achieve our desired results. To create and execute systems and processes that continuously improve our guest and team member experience.

Ensure successful execution of Operations
Ensures fulfillment of the Operations Vision
Manages labor productivity
Trains and develops team members performance
Trains and develops leaders
Ensures CEM target scores are being met
Oversees Operational systems and processes
Enforces adherence to quality standards and policies
Holds team members accountable to all policy standards
Empowers team members to perform 2nd Mile Service

Troubleshoots issues with IT, equipment, and processes
Oversees training systems
Exemplifies the core service and hospitality values of Chick-fil-A
Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
Enforces Chick-fil-A operational policies and procedures
