Position Description:

Elire is currently seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern for Summer 2023. The Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern will have the hands-on opportunity to assist the Digital Marketing team in implementing Elire’s overall communications and marketing plan - focusing specifically on digital communications - to build awareness of Elire within the technology community, to increase Elire webinar attendance, and to build out Elire’s digital content footprint.


Duties & Responsibilities:
● Work with Digital Marketing Team to refine social media strategy and best practices
● Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging
● Draft monthly e-newsletters to Elire subscribers
● Support creation of Client Success Stories
● Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns
● Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly
● Ensure proper messaging is being executed online
● Identify leaders and influencers (internal/external) and engage them in brand activities
● Assist with website copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed

Qualifications:

Position Description:

Elire is currently in search of an Accounting intern to join our accounting and operations team this upcoming Spring and Summer. The individual in this role will assist in expense administration and time approval as well as other accounting tasks. Accurate time and expense reporting is critical to Elire. Role Overview:
● Position is based at Elire’s Minneapolis office with a hybrid work model

● Assist in all operations regarding corporate cards, time and travel expenses, and reimbursements
● Individual provides support to employees, consultants, and accounting department

Role Responsibilities:
● Provide stellar customer service to employees and consultants by answering their time, travel expenses, and reimbursements questions in a timely manner
● Approve and audit time and expense reports for 100+ employees and independent consultants
● Resolve issues directly with employees and/or their managers when there is non-compliant time or travel expense reimbursement submissions
● Develop brochures and content to effectively update and communicate policies to employees and consultants
● Reconcile company credit card statements
● Process corporate card applications and answer all employee questions about corporate card expenses

The Elire Digital Marketing team is looking for a motivated, creative, and fun Multi-Media Graphic Design Intern to join the team this coming summer 2023. We are a highly collaborative team that partners with internal stakeholders to develop digital, social, and multi-media design deliverables to support all Elire Practices and initiatives. This internship will help support our web, email and video content to help grow online content traffic and the reputation of our brand. Portfolio preferred with submission.

Responsibilities:

General Design
• Support and maintain brand standards and tangible branded assets.
• Create and annotate mockups for proposed projects.
• Utilize creative brief and brand assets to create engaging deliverables.
• Proofread and check the quality of work before final delivery.
• Produce creative solutions to design-related problems.
• Brainstorm and mock-up design ideas with cross functional teams.

Elire is currently in search of a Summer 2023 Inside Sales Interns. The position will support the inside sales activities and support our Business Development Managers. The main responsibility of the Inside Sales Intern (ISI) is to assist the sales & marketing team, prospects, and clients in a highly organized, fast-paced, and efficient manner.

This role facilitates company goals in the areas of campaigns, prospecting, lead generation, partnerships, quality support/assurance, data accuracy, and revenue growth. This role also builds prospect, partner, and customer relationships to increase and sustain Elire’s overall competitive advantage.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Execute business to business proactive outreach, primarily by telephone and email, to key contacts to generate awareness and interest in our services
· Provide a clear, compelling and articulate explanation of our key differentiators and value to prospective customers
· Generate, qualify, & mature leads to our Business Development Managers
· Probe for business pain, uncover project/consulting needs, pre-qualify prospect, and obtain decision authority
· Develop and help manage lead generation campaigns through direct and indirect marketing efforts (Partners, emails blasts, call blitzes, social media, conferences, etc.)
· Schedule Qualified Meetings/Introductory Calls for our Business Development Managers
