Position Description:

Working in our Service Department requires a strong ability to work with your team and connect with our customers. As a Service Advisor here, you are not only listening to a customer’s concerns, you are working to breakdown repairs and expectations in a calm, empathetic, and understandable way. Every day, you will be an asset in making sure Walser customers feel welcomed from the minute they arrive and feel educated every step of their service process.

What You'll Do:

Act as the face of Walser service by greeting customers as they enter the service drive
Perform vehicle walk-arounds, record mileage and VIN numbers, transport vehicles to technician bays, and write-up repair orders
Understand basic automotive repairs, know how long each service will take and how much the repair will cost to best communicate with guests
Work as a team with your service admin and technicians to generate working hours
Execute proper follow up techniques with customers to build repeat business
Stage vehicles and shuttle customers as needed

What You’ll Do:

Tier I information technology support
Provide support via phone, walk-ins, and ticket system
Diagnose hardware and software issues
Advise user on appropriate actions, as needed
Follow policy and procedure to escalate issues to Tier II
Route issues to Field Support, as needed

Position Description:

Our Corporate Marketing Analyst works in a centralized marketing team that collectively supports all our retail business units - our automotive dealerships. In this role you will work with the other analysts, the creative team, the individual stores you will represent, and the vehicle manufacturer to drive business to our dealerships. You'll Make an Impact by:

Building cross-functional relationship operations support teams to drive leads and increase web traffic for dealerships
Developing SEM and SEO plan, content, strategy to ensure the success for branded locations
Planning and budgeting monthly, seasonal, and annual marketing plans and spend
Reporting marketing KPIs for each store monthly to keep aligned with business demands
Managing and evolving the online experience for each individual store, including the creation and ongoing management of the online shopping experience
Partnering with dealership General Managers to attend local OEM marketing meetings and events, participate in OEM marketing calls, and lead regular marketing meetings and calls with each store
