50% Discount: Organizations attending the in-person fair will receive a 50% discount for the virtual fair. This discount will be applied once we've received your registration for the virtual fair. Note that if you cancel your registration for the in-person fair, the discount will be removed for the virtual fair.

About the Fair

  • Attended by over 2,000 undergraduate sophomores, juniors, and seniors from the 17 Private College career centers of the Minnesota Private College Council.

  • Access to high qualified and motivated candidates who are naturally curious, trained communicators, problem-solvers, creative, flexible, self-starters, life-long learners, and who have a breadth of interests, analytical skills, and a global perspective.

  • Liberal arts and science students bring many skills and strengths that can be broadly applied to all industries and sectors.

  • Candidates will be seeking pre-professional internships, full-time career opportunities, general career information, and networking.

  • One (1) 6’ x 30” draped table

  • Two (2) thermal chairs

  • One (1) waste basket

  • Organization ID sign with booth number

  • Two (2) lunch tickets.

Interviews

Interviewing At the Fair

If you've reserved a private interview booth, you may schedule interviews at the fair between 9 AM and 5 PM at your interview booth. A limited number of interview booths can be reserved at a cost during registration. Otherwise, you may schedule interviews at your exhibit booth between 9 AM and 2 PM. 

 

Employers are asked to schedule 30-minute interviews on the half-hour. This will help both employers and students avoid conflicts in their schedules. Employers are responsible for scheduling interviews. Below are two interview schedule templates you can use.

Deadlines

Payment Deadline
All invoices must be paid by February 1 to secure your spot at the fair. Registrations will remain in a pending status until a payment has been received. Employer registration will remain open until the job fair is filled.

 

Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds

  • You can update your hiring information by logging back into your registration until Thursday, February 17. For changes after this date, email Brenton Rice at brenton@togevents.com.

  • For any changes to your registration regarding exhibit booths, lunch tickets, electricity, or other accommodations, email Brenton Rice at brenton@togevents.com.

  • The last day to cancel and receive a refund is February 1. No refunds will be given after this date. To cancel your registration, email Brenton Rice at brenton@togevents.com.

Fair Policies

The Minnesota Private Colleges’ Career Consortium (MPCCC) works to ensure that our candidates have a safe, welcoming, and inclusive experience at the fair. We require that all organizations participating in this event abide by the Principles for Professional Practice as set forth by the National Association of Colleges and Employers and the Minnesota Department of Human Rights. MPCCC and its member institutions reserve the right to decline registration from organizations, or participation by organizations found to not be in compliance with these requirements.

By attending the fair, organizations agree to abide by the Principles for Professional Practice as set forth by the National Association of Colleges and Employers and the Minnesota Department of Human Rights. If at any point before or after registration, including during the fair, MPCCC discovers your organization to be non-compliant, we reserve the right to decline or remove your registration, including a request to leave the fair, without a refund.

Attention Undergraduate and Graduate Schools:

In the past, we have had a mix of organizations promoting jobs, internships, undergraduate, graduate and professional school opportunities at our fair. In an effort to serve all of our constituencies more efficiently, we stopped offering booth spaces to undergraduate and graduate programs. Please contact the career service offices directly about recruiting candidates for your programs.
