With the help of our ongoing training, development, and mentorship opportunities, we’re building a new generation of consultants. We hire talented professionals with zero to three years of consulting experience and provide them with all the training and tools needed to cultivate successful, long-term careers in one of our career tracks: project management, business analysis, data analysis, software engineering, product ownership, process improvement, and technical analysis. While on assignment, our consultants are heavily supported through management, mentorship, and community with their areas of practice.

We are proud to offer our consultants options for their careers; whether a long-term path in consulting or a fast-tracked corporate career if they find a perfect match, we encourage our consultants to pursue the best opportunity for them. About 50% of Crew consultants accept full-time offers at our clients each year, and the other half continue to build careers as consultants.
