SpringPath Mental Health Services provides Intensive Residential Treatment (IRTS) services across five metropolitan counties and Assertive Community Treatment/Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (ACT/FACT) services in Hennepin County. Psychiatric Rehabilitation and person-centered planning are at the foundation of all our services. Our programs embrace a recovery-oriented, culturally responsive, and trauma informed approach. We practice harm reduction and other evidence-based practices to focus on building functional skills and supports needed to be successful in the living/life roles of each person’s choosing.
Our services provide care and treatment for clients that are experiencing significant mental health/psychiatric symptoms or who are demonstrating significant functional impairments. Our person’s served are often experiencing complex challenges with substance abuse, poverty, being unhoused and often intersect with the criminal justice system.
