Position Description:

We are seeking an energetic, forward-thinking intern to join our growing organization for Summer 2026. During this Internship Program it will allow you to work on robust projects with real business needs that are vital to the continued growth and success of FMP. You will focus on learning how our organization runs, and learn the ins and outs of our daily routines and procedures. This paid internship will average 40 hours per week.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:

● Exposure to senior leadership
● Special workshops focused on building business acumen
● Great networking opportunities
● Intern social events


RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Work with an assigned mentor and professionals across the organization to gain direct and relevant experience in your area of focus.
● Prepare a project/business plan on a specific subject matter; present work before leadership teams. Specific subject will be determined in collaboration with your mentor.
● Collaborate cross functionally to support ad hoc projects in your assigned department.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

● Junior or Senior student currently enrolled in a related field of study at an accredited educational institution
● Basic programming experience in Python and/or SQL
● Familiarity with AI and LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini
● Understanding of or interest in process automation concepts, including RPA, N8N, or workflow tools.
● Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and pattern recognition
● Demonstrate problem solving mindset with the ability to break down complex tasks into management components
● Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical
audiences
● Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
● Must be 18 years of age
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
● Previous internship experience preferred
● Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision; ability to problem solve, learn quickly and
confidently shape the direction of a project

● Must be 18 years of age

● Previous internship experience preferred
