Responsibilities
As an Implementation Consultant, you will participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements-gathering through production support. Much of the work at FAST happens on our client sites as part of our product implementations. Individuals who understand the technical aspects of system implementation as well as the business needs of our clients fill these positions. Candidates should have strong technical and communication skills, enabling them to interact with clients and detail system functionality.
Consult with agencies to understand their business needs and how to implement the FAST software to best serve their customers.
Demonstrate confidence while clearly delivering information at both a high level and a technical level when applicable.
Work with your team to problem-solve and respond quickly to changing project requirements and customer needs.
Identify and investigate complex issues to make decisions and develop solutions.
Configure client-specific functionality to meet each agency’s unique requirements that go beyond our out-of-the-box functionality. This configuration is performed using FAST tools within the software’s user interface, as well as either VB.Net or C#.
Create and modify SQL queries to efficiently retrieve data from a relational database.
Implement new features and navigate them through testing and deployment.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies along with all relevant laws when exposed to protected client information.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Engineering (graduates from all areas of study with technical training or experience will be considered).
3.0 minimum GPA.
Experience in a .NET or similar development environment.
Exposure to SQL in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or a similar database management system.
Openness to relocating every 2-3 years, on average, to different project locations (both starting and subsequent locations) throughout the US with relocation assistance.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are critical—charismatic people person with the ability to talk to anyone and comfort working in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
As a Training Coordinator, you will be a key part of FAST’s project implementation teams, ensuring that end-users are fully prepared to use FAST’s software. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate Training Programs: Plan and manage the overall training schedule, working closely with project teams to ensure that training needs are met on time. Coordinate logistics, including scheduling in person or virtual sessions and preparing training materials for delivery.
Train-the-Trainer Approach: Equip client trainers with the knowledge and resources they need to deliver effective training. Guide them through the process, ensuring they are confident in training end-users on FAST’s software and systems.
Create Training Materials: Develop a range of training materials tailored to specific user needs and various training delivery methods. This includes creating video and self-study training modules, job aids, user guides, help articles, and presentations. Ensure that materials are clear, concise, and accessible for diverse learning styles.
Collaborate on Instructional Design: Work with subject matter experts and project teams to design training content that aligns with user workflows. Continuously review and update training programs to reflect new features and user feedback.
Support Training for Project Staff and Testers: In addition to client trainers, you will provide training to project staff and testers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the software.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training sessions by collecting feedback from participants. Analyze this feedback to improve both content and delivery methods, ensuring continuous improvement in training quality.
Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple training projects at once, ensuring smooth delivery across various teams. Work closely with clients to customize training based on their unique needs and goals.
Collaborate with Teams: Work in partnership with implementation teams, software developers, and clients to ensure the training content reflects the latest updates and is aligned with project objectives. Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the training process.

Qualifications
