Position: Quaker Voluntary Service Fellow - Join a Transformative Journey!
Community Living | Social Justice | Transformational Spirituality
Are you a young adult between the ages of 21-30 seeking a year-long adventure in intentional community, social justice, and personal growth? Quaker Voluntary Service (QVS) invites you to embark on a life-changing Fellowship program where you'll dive into meaningful work, build intentional connections, and explore the realms of spirituality.

About QVS:
Quaker Voluntary Service is not just a fellowship; it's a transformative experience. As a QVS Fellow, you'll work full-time at social service and social change agencies, addressing a spectrum of critical issues such as economic justice, racial equity, housing and homelessness, education, immigration, environmental sustainability, human rights, mental and physical disability, and youth justice.

What We Seek:
An ideal QVS Fellow is someone who:
Is committed to working with diverse community members.
Brings a willingness to explore and practice spirituality.
Is prepared to work in a professional setting.
Is ready to ask challenging questions about living simply, with integrity and justice.

Program Highlights:
Locations: Fellowships available in Boston, MA; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Philadelphia, PA; and Portland, OR.
Supportive Environment: QVS provides housing, utilities, a public transit pass, a grocery stipend, and assistance with SNAP registration.

Comprehensive Assistance: From securing health insurance to student loan counseling, we've got you covered.
Equity Fund: Access to an equity fund for Fellows with historically marginalized identities.
Robust Support: Dedicated time for reflection, community building, and support from experienced staff and volunteers.

Program Timeline:
The 11-month program runs from the end of August to mid-June each year.
